By \"charged\" we mean you let them sit under the bright light for an extended period of time. These horns will come with installed wood nuts in the base of the horn, and the hardware required (Bolts\/washers) to attach them to a resin blank. The blank will come with holes drilled where the horns are to be installed. These horns are more liable to break around the edges during transport; please keep this in mind!
